    I doubt that it needs to be said; nevertheless, I will say it. I do not place any value in the words of a gossip magazine. I also doubt that I speak out of turn in saying that neither of you believe such things of your fellow teammates. Our strength is not only in our abilities, which all of you have, even yourself Vlad, when have and work on, but how we stand together as a team. As a unit. I am proud to play with you all. Anyone who places doubt in your deserving to be here, which you all do, is not worth your time.

    Coach McCormack has recently been wed. Apparently it was on the gossip page. I am uncertain if I am meant to send her or say anything to her.

    Normally, I would not care and if I am to be hone as it does not have much to do with Quidditch. Nevertheless, we are meant to form cordial relationships. I do not know if that extends to situations such as this one.

Other than my being bemused as to why an invitation requires such showy dramatics and causing me to further miss the weather of, I have not decided what to make of it.     I truly do not understand Hogwarts. The actual purpose of our being here is to play Quidditch, is it not? I do not agree with but I understand the need to package it with a bow and call it "cultural relations". However, in what universe does even that translate to a teenage dating service?

    I was asked to the ball by a fifth year. Laugh and suffer.

    I don't see why so many are being fussed over pictures, a new subject, or what anyone else thinks about someone else's country. If someone really wants to know what you look like - they will search for you. Multicultural relations is a long winded way to say waste of time. And all that matters is what you think about your own country, don't you think?

    Simply focus on the Quidditch. That way you'll be seeing new faces, finding an opportunity to relate to them and then showing them which country is best when you trounce them. Honestly, people.
